Have you ever wondered about the meaning behind One Noodle Friendship? It originated from the Chinese word for “face” and “noodle” being the same “mian”. You could say that their restaurant can be read as One Face Friendship. Imagine passing a stranger in the street and you just glance at each other but it leaves a single impression of that unknown face in your mind. That can be interpreted as a “one face friendship”. So, the next time you visit One Noodle Friendship acknowledge the faces making the noodles in the window to experience your own one face friendship!
417 – 419 High Street, Preston.
